Ingredients
1 ounce Lime Juice
¾ ounce Simple syrup (1:1)
¾ ounce Orange curaçao
¾ ounce Bunya nut cream liqueur
1 ½ ounces Pineapple rum
Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Glassware
Coupe glass or rocks glass.
Notes
If you don't like egg you can use Aquafaba, the liquid from a can of chickpeas, sub out at 30mL.
